When we purchased this home in 2016 we wanted to be a part of this neighborhood and location more than anything else. Initially, we were not going to renovate the whole house but then decided for efficiency and long term value we decided to remodel much of the inside. We documented much of the renovation journey on youtube in our FIXER UPPER SERIES and have also shared tons of our ideas on minimalism in our MINIMALISM SERIES and our #DEFTFREECLUTTERFREE PLAYLIST. We do not subscribe to a dogmatic minimalist approach where we count our possessions or believe in constant decluttering only to continue the accumulation cycle. Our minimalist approach comes from a place of contentment and efficiency. After many requests we decided to share our home tour to help inspire others to simplify and live more intentionally and cozy:)
