What are you grateful for today? There are so many benefits of expressing gratitude and these benefits cross over from health, to mindset, to sleep and so much more.Scholars, spiritual leaders, and scientists throughout history have deliberated on gratitude. Recently, we are now seeing more and more scientifically-validated benefits of gratitude and the positive affects it can have on our daily lives.
Numerous studies are now showing how gratitude journaling can increase overall happiness and contentment. Others show that there are actual physical benefits and each study offers more and more insight on how we can not only improve our mental health and well-being but our overall physical health as well!

What is your daily gratitude practice? Do you have one? What are five things you are grateful for right now (share below in the comments)👇🏾
Every new year brings me to this same place of hope and faith. I am a lot wiser and know so much more but one thing has stayed constant; NEVER give up hope🙏🏾
Another thing that I have been doing for YEARS is creating intentions for the year. I write them down every NYE and reflect on them throughout the year. Setting intentions is my way of determining the way I will act and behave to bring about change. I love change. In change there is growth and in growth there is learning and life …I am committed to changing and growing for the greater good.
Word of the year? Don’t really do that but for this post sake, it is “RELISH” and not the kind you put on a hot dog 😉 Sometimes we get so caught up in the growth and change that we don’t stop to S. L. O. W. down and just relish how far we’ve come what we have already accomplished …enjoy the journey my friends …the road isn’t that long ✌🏽❤️
BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE!
I am so excited to announce our new gratitude journal on AMAZON called “The Grateful Family Journal“. It is a mindfulness journal that helps every individual member of your family create a daily habit that fosters gratitude for all of life’s blessing – both big and small.
It is simple enough for younger children just learning how to write all the way to grandma and grandpa. Each simple page layout contains enough space to list five things that you are grateful for, five things you are hoping for and five healthy self-care commitment reminders. Starting each day with such a simple yet significant task will help you and your family members to begin each day on the right foot.
This daily habit will create an attitude of gratitude and help your family connect and grow together even more. Grab a copy for each member of your family and share in the goodness of gratitude together!
